Our core innovation is a completely new approach to circRNA isolation that moves beyond existing enzymatic limitations — paired with a best-in-class ribo-seq platform engineered for clean, high-yield RPF libraries. Every kit ships with internal QC controls and a companion analysis pipeline.

Ribo-Seq Platform

Optimized RNase I footprinting with proprietary rRNA subtraction chemistry. Generates clean RPF libraries with >85% on-target reads. Compatible with STAR, HISAT2, and Bowtie2 pipelines.

Platform 02

CircRNA Isolation & ID Platform

A completely new proprietary platform for circRNA enrichment and identification — independent of RNase R digestion. Achieves high-specificity isolation of circular RNAs with BSJ-targeted identification across >10,000 annotated junctions and de novo circRNA discovery.

Ribo-seq · RT-K001

Ribosome profiling captures genome-wide snapshots of active translation by sequencing ribosome-protected mRNA fragments (RPFs). Our RiboMap Pro kit resolves codon-level occupancy with single-nucleotide precision — revealing translational regulation invisible to RNA-seq alone.

CircIso · RT-K002

Circular RNAs are covalently closed molecules formed by back-splicing — where a downstream exon donor joins back to an upstream exon acceptor, creating the back-splice junction (BSJ). Our CircIso platform isolates and identifies these molecules using completely new proprietary chemistry, without reliance on RNase R digestion.
